Last year there was a new astronomy show in the UK, the Midlands Astronomy Show.

It was very successful and rivalled the long established 'AstroFest' in London.

The show now looks like it will be a regular event:

How about ASA setting up a stall at the show?

There are very few DDM mounts in the UK, largely because ASA do not have a well known name here.

A DDM60Pro and a ASA 8"N will be at Astrofest in February and probably at the IAS in June at the booth of Astrograph Ltd.

That is good news! Will a representative from ASA be there?
It would be nice to meet and speak to one of the team.

There was an ASA scope and mount on the Astrograph stand.

I talked with Rupert Smith who says that Astrograph will be the UK agents for ASA. This is good news!

Thanks, Giu. Did they have it slewing around? What did the public think of it?
