Robert-Poelzl
Hallo Friends I using now trialversion of CCD Autopilot 5 - it works very fine. Until now i didnt work with flip. But now i will try to use the meridianflip. Is somebody working with CCD Autopilot? The settings in CCD AP are easy to understand... But which settings are correct in Autoslew: Autoguidersettings > "Flip Guidecorr. after flip" = disable (this does CCD AP) Type + Limits > how far you can go through the Meridian = ?? > Minimum flip distance for east side slew = ?? Flip Options: > i think "prefer Eastside" = ?? Thanks for help Robert
TimC
Hi Robert, I have been going through this process in recent weeks. I use a DDM85 Premium. What mount are you using?? You can see my recent detailed discussion with the CCDAutoPilot author on the CCDAutoPilot Forum entitled "Meridian Weirdness" . http://ccdware.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/frm/f/9997083106 Regards, Tim
john32712
Hi Tim and Robert, I plan on integrating CCD Autopilot as part of my routine this year. Let's stay in touch, since any knowledge you have gained will be a real benefit to all of us. Robert, is it safe to say that the only portion of CCD AP you are not using is the autoguiding area? Best regards, John Nemcik
