thibault48 Posted February 9, 2015 Report Share Posted February 9, 2015 Hi , I’ve change my computer and install the acc software my last operating system was windows 7 the new one is windows 7 pro .When i launch the software ,a microsoft .net framework exception appear in an alert windows " la conversion de la chaine "1.23 " en type "double " n’est pas valide "I can ignore it and when i try to make work the focuser i have asa control center exception in an alert windows who say " la reference d’objet n’est pas définie à une instance d’un objet " and the focuser don't workI try with the 3 different dates softwares but no one works , i try with different windows compatibility mode , and also with different version of the .net framework.What can i do ?Thank you to help me i can’t use my telescope anymore. RamaSpaceShip Posted February 9, 2015 Report Share Posted February 9, 2015 Bonsoir Thibault, It's probably because ',' (comma) is your decimal separator in place of '.' (dot). You can change this in your locale settings. Then, the number conversions should work correctly.
