Dirk
Hello, I'm using AutoSlew (5.2.1.9) and TheSkyX (10.3). The system runs on a win 10 64-Bit PC. Within TheSkyX I use the Ascom2XMount adapter (6.1) to connect to AutoSlew. Within AutoSlew and TheSkyX I have set a park position in the east a few degrees above the horizont. Parking the mount with AutoSlew is working fine. But if I try to park the mount by using the park command within TheSkyX, it's sometimes faulty. In case of fault, the mount first moves to the correct park position in the east, but after reaching the correct park position, the mount moves the DEC-axle, so that the scope points a few degrees above the west horizont. So the DEC-axle makes nearly a 180° faulty move. Does anybody have an idea where the problem is ? Regards, Dirk
0 Dirk
I checked my setup a few more times but the problem was persists. After this, I set the park position a few degrees obove the horizont in the west. With the new park position in the west, I tested the park command in CCDAP and TheSkyX several times and all works fine. It's curious why it's in the west ok and in the east sometimes faulty. So I simply use the park position in the west and all is ok for me. Best regards, Dirk
