bernard Posted April 5, 2017 Report Share Posted April 5, 2017 Hello, I just received a ASA10. I can’t open ACC I have installed as indicated in the pdf. During installation an error message says that there is a problem with framework. I have restarted computer. I have loaded last version of frameworks, etc… I use W7 with bootcamp on a iMac. Your locale is set so ',' (comma) is your decimal separator, while ACC configuration file expects '.' (dot). You need to change your locale parameters. Best regards.
