LaCebra
Hi, Several people possess similar telescopes in this forum: DDM85 + ASA 12N (for example) For those who possess automated monitoring observatories (it is not my case at present)... It would be fascinating to exchange hours of photography to work in the opposite hemisphere. It would be cheaper for us (northern hemisphere) than to go two weeks for holidays in Namibia. afesan
It´s an interesting idea...Let`s see if there are enough supporters to go on !
ChristerS
Nice shot Antonio! I admire your work! Thinking of moving my gear down to south-west Spain (hosting) as the weather is often crappy where I live in mid-north of Sweden, if you know of any hosting site with a good price let me know Cheers, //Christer
afesan
Nice shot Antonio! I admire your work! Thinking of moving my gear down to south-west Spain (hosting) as the weather is often crappy where I live in mid-north of Sweden, if you know of any hosting site with a good price let me know Cheers, //Christer Thanks Christer !... you´re very kind !. Well... the closest hosting site to me is about 150 Kilometers from my remote observatory. A friend of mine is one of the people which fix the roll-roof observatory systems ( software&hardware) of this hosting site (although he´s not the owner )....He travels all around Spain working for amateur&professional university observatories.. . Said this, I´m not part of this at all and I have not interest or business here .. The hosting site is at SW of Spain and is "Entre Encinas y Estrellas " (e-Eye) : http://entreencinasyestrellas.es/ This is just what I can recommend you,.Christer... Best regards !!! ChristerS
Ok thanks for the tip, I also found e-Eye and they seems a good alternative, a bit expensive 3200 euro/year so I will also look for alternatives. Cheers, //Christer
